Everyone’s favorite, this single frog looks so happy in it’s natural surroundings.
Happy Family
This painting was a commission by Mary Murphy, the famous ballroom dancer and judge on the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance”. While the artist was painting it an odd occurrence happened. I started seeing Mary’s face resembled in the face of the Scorpion Fish…when the paintings was delivered Mary started to crack up laughing and when I asked why she said that the fish had her look and personality!

Whales are the most amazing creatures to watch in the ocean. They are so HUGE and seem to breach out of the water with the greatest of ease.

Sea turtles are the artist’s favorite sea creature. She can often be found swimming with them in the warm waters of Maui.
Surf's Up
Painted while visiting Oahu’s north shore, this wave with surfers could be anywhere in the world.
Beach Path
A commissioned painting and one scene we see everywhere worldwide…a windy path to the beach…often a bit of a climb but worth the effort to have some seclusion on a windswept beach.
Sea Lions
This was created from a picture of actual Sea Lions in the San Diego Harbor…lounging around having a good ole time!
Woody
In this classic watercolor of a Woody, this is a scene quite common in the coastal areas of Southern California where the artist currently resides. There are Woody gatherings in every coastal community where there are hundreds lining the streets. They are so beautiful and reminiscent of a golden age it’s no wonder this scene is so popular.
Octopus
A sleeping baby octopus rests quietly in a coral reef. The intense life surrounding it is glistening with purpose as brilliantly as the sea creatures arching like stars overhead.
Storm on the Mangroves
Storm on the Mangroves is a brightly colored painting using teals and fuchsia to bring out the passionate nature of the storm.

Visiting Friends
A beautiful and delicate Banded Sea Shrimp resting atop a sponge highlight this intricately painted scene. A blenny looks on keeping track of all going on in his watery world.
Eel
An eel looks on almost seeming to speak to the endless parade of reef dwellers he encounters in his daily life. Of note are the wrasse and the jeweled grouper centering the scene. The beauty and glory of the undersea world is shown here in full detail.
Fire in the Depths
Beautiful fiery red coral reefs dominate this undersea vignette. In real life the beauty is incomprehensible and almost unbelievable. This painting captures that beauty in the most dynamic way bringing the viewer into that watery world to feel it.
Freedom Flight
A 10-foot mural created for a restaurant in San Marcos, California. The full mural is a glass fishbowl in an Escher style. A puffer fish reacts to an unseen threat by inflating itself, hence demonstrating its unique defense mechanism.
A New Dawn
In this mural created for a client’s San Diego home the abundant sea life permeates this watery haven. All species coexist feeding off one another yet in nature all have their place. Percula clowns and a moorish idol, a bottle nosed dolphin and a sea turtle balance the image subliminally portraying the balance in nature.
Resurgence
In this highly detailed jungle scene you must look for a long time to see all of the subtly hidden jungle creatures. Intricate detail resounds bringing you into as close reality as possible without actually being in the jungle.
