This painting was commissioned by Brooke Eldridge of San Diego to hang in his home. Long an avid art collector he loves Monet’s style and wanted something very colorful. He says it brings him great joy to his life every day.
Happy Family
This painting was a commission by Mary Murphy, the famous ballroom dancer and judge on the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance”. While the artist was painting it an odd occurrence happened. I started seeing Mary’s face resembled in the face of the Scorpion Fish…when the paintings was delivered Mary started to crack up laughing and when I asked why she said that the fish had her look and personality!
